Opsiko (“we”, “us”) operates opsiko.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Opsiko is a marketing operations consultancy based in Delhi, India. For any question about this policy, write to us at [hello@opsiko.com].
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site — an audit request, a contact form, a survey, or a newsletter signup — we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, work email, sector, marketing spend range and any message you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the site or ad that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Survey responses. Where we run surveys or polls, we collect the answers you submit. Unless a survey says otherwise, responses are used in aggregate and are not published with your name attached.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or government ID details through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for
- To send you material you signed up for, which you can stop at any time
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To measure which channels bring visitors, including advertising performance
- To meet legal or tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and third-party tools

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at google.com/settings/ads, and out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
Where your data goes and how long we keep it
Form submissions are stored in our CRM and in Google Workspace, which may process data on servers outside India. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for up to [24] months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to each platform’s default settings.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and, where they apply, the GDPR and similar laws — you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct anything inaccurate
- delete your data
- stop sending you marketing
- withdraw consent you previously gave
Write to [hello@opsiko.com] and we will respond within [30] days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
