  • copy, republish or resell our content, frameworks or page designs as your own
  • scrape, crawl or extract content in bulk, including for training machine learning models, without our written permission

Our content

All text, illustrations, frameworks, page designs and marks on this site are owned by Opsiko or used with permission. The Opsiko name and logo are our property. Partner badges shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed under their partner programmes.

Content on this site is general information about marketing operations. It is not legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and it does not create a consultant–client relationship. Our compliance-related services help make marketing systems compliant by design; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal opinions. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

Enquiries, audits and proposals

Submitting a form does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement or accept a written proposal, and that agreement governs scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality and deliverables. Anything on this site is indicative and may change.

Surveys and user submissions

If you take part in a survey, poll or comment on this site, you confirm that what you submit is your own and lawful to share. You grant us permission to use those responses in aggregate and anonymised form, including in published research or marketing, without payment. We will not publish your name or contact details alongside a response without your permission.

Results and claims

Figures and case examples on this site describe outcomes achieved in specific engagements. They are illustrative, not a promise. Marketing results depend on your market, budget, product and execution, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Third-party links and tools

We link to and use third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city], India.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revised terms.

Three practical notes for the Google publication side:

  • Google’s publisher and survey programmes expect the privacy policy to name Google as a third-party vendor, mention cookie use, and link to the ads-settings opt-out. All three are in the draft above, so it should pass review as written.
  • Add both pages to your footer before you apply. Reviewers check that they’re reachable from every page, not just by URL.
  • If you go further and publish a news or content section under Publisher Center, you’ll also need an “About” page with named editorial contacts. Worth building at the same time.
